Infinite Archive Book Furnishings

So I finally was able to complete my eidetic memory goal and now starts me trying to get the book furnishings. However, I’ve been running IA non stop and I’m not getting any furnishing drops. It says online that you get book furnishings from looting, but all I’ve been getting is treasure, sets and fortunes. Am I missing something?

The book furnishings do drop. But it‘s RNG just like every other drop in the game.

Drop rate is great for some, terrible for others. I haven't gotten a drop in IA in months. I'm just waiting for Tuesdays so I can buy any that show up that I don't have.

Question, what do you collect the books for? Are you creating a library in one of your homes, do you like having specific books for specific houses/rooms, or are you just trying to collect all the book furnishings just to have them?

I ask because I consider myself a completionist and will go after every achievement/motif/set item/recipe/eidetic memory/etc., but I have no idea why anyone would want to get the physical book furnishing of every book in the game. I've seen many people talk about collecting all the books, so I'm genuinely curious!

Both! I’m making a huge library and am collecting all the books I can. It’s fun!!
And yes also to complete achievements. I already got every motif in the game, so I figured books next!

All the book furnishings I've looted have been from Side Portal chests. For me the drop rate is about the same as it is for getting Leads.

And too, you have to have read the book and is marked in your Eidetic Memory before it can even drop.
