NPC facing away when talking to them

Hi !
When talking to npc that uses a sort of "Commander" personality, they usually face away and starts looking to the left and don't look at us again.
Is there a way to fix that or is it impossible to fix ? I've tried everything, switching view, removing my pets, ... but nothing works..

Tazzy✭✭✭Unfortunately, this is a bad habit of various NPCs and it has bothered me for years that they don't look into my eyes when I talk to them. It makes me so angry that I would like to knock them down. Rude bunch!
