Major Heroism buff from Basalt-blooded warrior DK-setup from Infinite Archive is broken

Initial Data:

5 pieces of the full set Basalt-blooded warrior for Dragon knight from Infinite Archive
Set is only on the front bar
Character is in combat

Steps to Reproduce:

Use a skill from Earthen heart - the character receives the buff Major heroism (generates 3 ultimates every 1.5 seconds) for 10 seconds
Re-use a skill from Earthen heart before the Major heroism buff duration ends (e.g., after 2 seconds)

Actual Result:

In the list of buffs, the duration of Major heroism is refreshed to 10 seconds
Ultimates actually stop being generated (see the second part of the attached video)

Expected Result:

In the list of buffs, the duration of Major heroism is refreshed to 10 seconds
Ultimates continue to be generated according to the Major heroism buff

Additional Information:

If waiting for the Major heroism buff duration to end and using a skill from Earthen heart again, the character receives Major heroism again and ultimates continue to be generated (see the first part of the attached video).

Been like this since the set was released. Necro set also doesn't work as intended, and sorc set would only kinda work if anyone cared to use it. I wouldn't get my hopes up for a fix anytime soon.
