✭I believe you're thinking of a different scribing skill like Contingency. You have to cast it before casting a skill like Shocking Soul to get the slow.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭As someone else said, you cannot have Shocking Soul with a slow, so whatever is slowing you is not coming from that spammable.3 -
