Yes, let's submit tickets and irritate another department instead of having the devs who are supposed to be listening to consumer/player actually address these issues with the community. Amazing logic.

For crying out loud. Everyone playing the game is experiencing massive lag spikes (usually at the same time) and crashes, and this is your response?

ZOS knows what is causing this situation. They're just not willing to tell us what that cause is, and are unwilling to fix the situation for some reason.

Everyone playing the game is not experiencing lag spikes. I haven't experienced any and I play on a Wi-Fi connection. If this was really a server issue then why aren't some of us affected by it?

im not sure to be honest because sometimes I don't lag at all for 1 trial/night but then the next few hours or day its so bad. I know not everyone is experiencing lag it but a lot are, my raid groups keep having people disconnecting every time, sometimes more in some trials than others, and its not always the same people too

Since it's not affecting everyone and is seemingly random I wonder if it's an issue with some sort of network load balancer on the zos side.

The players claiming no issues with lag don't participate in group content. They just solo overland quest by themselves.

I don't know anyone who runs group content that isn't enraged, frustrated and totally fed up with performance issues. As prolific and ubiquitous as the performance issues are it strains belief that someone who runs group content has never, ever had any performance issues.

Believe it or not, it's true. I suspect players' systems, or Internet connections, or add-ons may have something to do with it... or a combination of these. I only have 10 add-ons installed myself but I know some run many more than this.

Our trial night was cancelled as about 4 players kept DCing in vSE, we tried for an hour and the DCing was only seen in trials. Dungeons no issues, but trials, near constant.

I've not DCed, but I have experienced hard lag spikes, and I run 1gig ethernet on a relatively new I9 PC with an avg of 40 ping. Something is rotten in the state of Denmark and it's not on the players end.

We had issues last Monday, 16. and today 23rd again on PC EU. Both of our healers (DE players) are disconnecting the whole time. Trial is also vSE and they even disabled all addons to see if any addon causes the issue, but the issue persists. Funny enough the healers were in vRG on the weekend and had no issues at all.

So do we know if the issue is only in vSE? How can we fix this for our healers? They've tried everything suggested here in this thread.

Ever since the last update . ... It does not matter what i do. Everything gets slow then all movement stops the game crashes and when I try to log on I get a repeating group of messages --- account already logged on -- error 301 -- error 201 -- connection to lobby errors. then after 10 minutes its all working fine. I guess it cold be a routing issue but if I follow the instructions here >>> https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/#en/answer/30903 its all good

Recently in PC-NA(2024/10/05), server kicking rate increasing especially in group dungeon.

I thought it was only me, but wrong. There're other people who became "offline" through the
group mission. Not much in overland zone though.
