State of the game, point of view

Yes i`m complaining, I have been running dungeons trials overland and story. The game seems to be in terrible shape, I have been leveling legerdemain but the game seems to fighting it`s self. I am completely in reduction radius gear and CP`s slotted but when I pickpocket the game gives me bounty and no alerts no one but the NPC. Dungeons are glitchy and rubberbanding my skills, Trials are making effects go wrong or not at all, Overland are not counting skills as a hit or cannot single target. Ran some zone stories that are bugged and I had to either give up or find a work around. This game from "my point of view" is terrible, what is with all the DC`s, error`s, getting kicked to the signin? And last but not least, this event is taxing because we just came from running the Scholarium, today was the first day that I actually got a piece of the Tree Sap style.     Are you in sneak when trying to pickpocket or steal things?
    When events are going, there is a notification when you first log in, and also under announcements.
    The devs know about the DCs, rubberbanding, lag spike/frame freeze things also, it's been a known issue since Update 43, there is a thread about it.
    When you find quest bugs, report it, there is a bug report area in the forums, and you can report them through the game.
