Completing quests for achievement

The achievement for Auridon quests says complete x number. I'm one short and the only one left that I know of is the dungeon the Banished Cells. So, do you have to complete the dungeon to gain the achievement, or maybe I'm missing a normal quest?

✭✭✭✭✭It tend to be more quests than the achievement require for most zones.
I went back to grathwood for skyshards and got some quests in dungeons after I had the achievement, most of the public dungeons has quests, also some chance you miss some quest locations.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.0
