ESO can't connect to Steam while being launched THROUGH Steam

Ever since the last update, the game regularly show the "Unable to connect to Steam" error, DESPITE the game being launched through Steam launcher. Are you ever gonna fix this? I'm not going to constantly restart my PC to log into this [snip] game.

    I waited for it to resolve on its own. It doesn't seem like this error is related to the files on the computer or the availability of Steam.

    Completely useless. I have to relaunch Steam every time? You joking? The game launches, then i close it, and it loses connection again

    As to update, not only did your specialists not help me, they also provided me with a false and irrelevant information on my PC specs, that can be proven false with a simple Google search. I demand you provide me with instructions on filing an official complaint.

    I know it's in the queue, i'm familiar with how CRM interfaces work. What i asked for was instructions on filing an official complaint.
