If it's due to lack of use compared to the rest of the Class spamables in the game maybe that should tell you it needs a change/buff??

They haven't even officially announced the Class Skill styles yet, it's likely they were added by mistake because you can't even test them on the PTS, there is no way to unlock them.

Are we suppose to question why Nightblade and Necro have ultimate skins? Does that mean all other class ultimates need a buff?

Seems presumptuous to assume why they wouldn't make a skill style for 1/18 class skills when they're only making 3/18 in the first place, furthermore it doesn't mean they won't ever. It could happen in the future.

My guess based on what I've seen on the PTS is that they plan for skill style bundles sold in the crown store to have an average of 3 skill styles, all classes have 3 teased right now and the officially announced Winter Festival bundle has 3 as well. The exception is Sorc with 4, but I wouldn't be surprised if they're selling the Matriarch/Tormentor skin separately because it changes the model, not just the colour. It's called "Warrior" where as everything else is just colour names.
