Notifications Bug on Xbox NA

Seems that notifications are bugged where every time I log in, I keep seeing notifications for Skill Styles. This is despite having hovered over them and clearing the exclamation markers the log in prior. Not sure if anyone else is seeing this or if this is happening on Xbox Europe or other servers/platforms.
