Prolly only sorc will remain S tier. From my testing, cloak duration is like 50% nerfed (unless they will tone the cost per 2 seconds down). What is weird is that this nerf also affects solo PvE (and will be more substantial there), and cloak was never an issue there.VinnyGambini wrote: »Personally I think changes are far from enough. If something is too good in PvP, then that is where the change should have been made (battle spirit or whatever else distinguishes the two modes). I dream of the day when the PvE and PvP are balanced separately.

They can't change sorc more without reconsidering pve balance, as sorc tanks are currently very strong in pve and it's nice having the diversity to where there are 5 good tank classes (only nb and plar tanks aren't used outside of casual content).
Wish they'd balance the 2 modes separately.

Is this serious? I did most of my 4 man trifectas on a NB tank. They have the best damage mitigation in the game and they are the only class that can perma block.

Damage mitigation is not a consideration in 12 man content, which was the main content I was considering. Perma blocking isn't really considered a good thing, given your enchants will never proc.

Yeah, I like the idea of buffing Grave Grasp but the corpse creation on the final patch (which is the hardest to land) just ain't it.
IMO, the sections should be additive with each other, like:
First: Chilled
Second: Chilled + DOT
Third: Chilled + DOT + corpse

Only bad thing I saw was that it said Narsis was entombed in a Sarcophagus in Skyrim, while it was in Wrothgar
Really happy to see the changes to NB cloak, arc's Impervious Runeward, and sorc's Hardened Ward in the patch notes. I know there will be a lot of wailing and gnashing of teeth in the days and weeks to come as people react to their most-crutched-on abilities getting adjusted, but I think these changes are a step in the right direction. Thank you!
This cloak change will ruin the stamblade for many people. These people who rarely post here all showing up now with similar phrases praising this nerf all seem to be having a good time though.
