Windows 10/11 has a program that monitors your activity to give you a better personal experience to help with work process. This will predict what you are trying to do with work. With that stated, I happen to notice that my game was lagging in the keyboard & mouse input. So I have been troubleshooting on how to fix this problem and I found that the program was slowing my keystrokes down. How to fix this is to do a search in your taskbar by typing "Privacy Settings" once you see the selection then select and a window will open. On the left side will be tabs to select from, select "Inking & Typing Personalization" then the next window will open and you will see "Getting To Know You". Just turn that off and next, there is still some tabs on the left so select "Diagnostic & Feedback" once it opens then select "Required Diagnostic Data" and your done. I have tested this and the response from my input (Keyboard & Mouse) has been faster and gameplay is better, hope yours gets fixed as well.
