[BUG] Scalecaller Peak - "Joining Encounter in Progress"

After completing this dungeon, nobody can leave. If you exit through the door, use the portal, jump off the cliff and respawn at the wayshrine, etc. you will be involuntarily ported back to the final boss area, even after all of the final dialogue is complete. When you're forced back in, the dialogue starts over again.

I missed an eidetic memory item and needed to go back and get it, but it wouldn't let me or anyone else in the group. Disbanding from the group didn't make a difference - you're still ported to the final area.

Looks like this bug has been around since at least Spring 2022 - creating a new thread in case those get locked.

I had reported this bug since it first appeared years ago. It seems to happen sporadically. In fact since then it has happened that many times it has been possible to go back to recover previously forgotten chests or heavy sacks...
I completely understand the OP who would like to read a book, but during the run it is extremely difficult, because people rush and want to get to the end as quickly as possible.
It would be very useful if this bug was finally fixed. I have noticed that this bug occasionally affects both Scalecaller Peak and Bloodroot Forge
