How does explosive charge interact with this set, does it apply the debuff to all enemies hit with the DMG?

    Also can it be applied more than once per target reducing resist to 0 ?

    It is a named buff/debuff so only takes from one target, even if you hit multiple. I.e with Streak.

    Also do not believe I ever went below 60% of base when testing (with base as max) even when two people used it.

    Although can retest that when home tonight.

    This is what I mean. So if somebody has already used a set on another player and then I try to use the same set. I will not get any of the benefits.

    Tested Explosive Charge and it works as stated above - it applies to the first target that you hit with a tick of its damage.

    It cannot be used in AOE.

    What if that player is already affected by it's debuff, do I then get 40% of what's left or can only be effected by one player at a time
