Marked By The Eye not enabling Tomehold Documents

I am unable to purchase the new tomehold plan documents, even though I've had the named achievement since June.
Vouchers and achievements were both on the same character.

sunny668Soul ShrivenHave the same problem. Went to check the PTS patch notes and it was stated that the "Tomehold Journeyman Furnisher's Document" and “Tomehold Master Furnisher's Document”...are available for 30 Writ Vouchers each, provided "Infinite Archive Vanquisher" Achievement has been completed. So maybe the required achievement was wrongly labelled in game.
edit: I obtained the Infinite Archive Vanquisher achievement in game and this unlocked the Tomehold furnisher's document for my character.

WIZZARD2K✭✭✭After the patch this is still broken. Either it intends to operate off the listed achievement, but doesn't, or it listed the incorrect achievement.0
