Add a double AP weekend once a month

Currently, we have 2 pvp events a year and they’re amazing but they’re so infrequent that server populations on less busy servers like Xbox EU tend to stagnate in the months after. These events completely revitalise the population, at least for us.

Please give us a double AP weekend once a campaign. It’ll bring more people back into PvP who’ve given up for the rest of the campaign. I’m not talking about a new event every month with boxes and event tickets. Just double AP like other games do

And/or double telvar. Just something other than these awful BG weekends that most of the time drive people away from BGs for their duration.

These 'events' bring out the most inane, selfish, and abusive players in far larger quantities than ever. Making cyrodiil ever more annoying for the few of us who still go to cyrodiil for a challenge instead of farming easy kills, and night capping.

With pop caps effectively shutting out an ever increasing number of people who might actually want to make the game mode work it's incredibly foolish to add more events that do the exact opposite.

At least until ZOS begins actively removing AFKing queue cloggers, AP traders, and troll alts.

Oh, and puts the most popular server at the bottom of the list instead of the top. That way the laziest people go to the server where they're least likely to lock out the people who want to be there.

I’m proposing 2 days out of a 30(ish) day campaign for double AP. You could choose to come into pvp during that time or not. The same as you can participate in the BGs event we get each month, or not.

Not all servers are thriving in their populations, ours never even has a queue. This small change will draw people back into pvp like it does twice a year during MYM and Whitestrakes

Personally, I'd much rather seem them *actually* put some effort into it rather than just phoning it in like the maintenance mode it already is.

Give us some massive wandering world bosses that walk to keeps and smash them open. Let the hammer spawn at all of the locations simultaneously. Spawn some merchants camps in unusual locations that can be defended and give out interesting and valuable rewards. Gives us a plague that spreads from player to player when they spend too much time near each other. No grouping (this actually happened once for a single day due to a bug and it was the most fun and a friend and I ever had in Cyrodiil and IC). Anything that could liven stuff up and give non-pvp regulars a reason to visit even if it was to see what all the excitement was about.

I don’t play BGs as often as I used to as shifting metas have made it an exercise in frustration (looking directly at hardened ward), but I’m not showing up for any BG weekend other than Deathmatch unless I feel like playing an absolute troll build — which can get old quickly. Four straight days of crazy king against minimum 5 magsorcs? Uggghhhh.

Random double AP or double tel var weekends would definitely spice things up though. Especially since I guess the imperial city celebration is a long gone memory.

Other than ranking up there's no real reason to want double AP that often. You have a small number of things to spend it on. You can't send it directly to other players. The pots sell but not for some insane amount.
