Known Issues: A Sticky Situation
So, this has been bugging me for a while. You find something not working as expected. You raise a ticket or visit the forum. Post about it. Wait. Wait. Read the patch notes. Wait. Wait. Read the patch notes. Problem fixed.
Why does ZOS not keep a public ongoing list of all known issues? Just a list of bugs they acknowledge with a note on an expected fix patch/update.
A sticky at the top of this forum would have the following pros and cons:
Pros:
Community seeing which bugs are acknowledged
Community seeing when a fix is expected
Community not posting (as many) duplicate threads or tickets
Community & ZOS having better communication
Cons:
None
Please consider doing this.
