Yellow Maintenance Banner gone from Top of Forum Page

Someone posted about this previously on the mobile version of the forums, but now for me on desktop version the yellow maintenance banner is completely missing from the top of the page.

Even if there is no scheduled maintenance it was always there and just said “no maintenance scheduled”.

I believe there was some discussion about dismissing it and it not reappearing but I did not have that option. It is just not there today.

I could not find the previous post using the search to add to it instead.

    So how are we going to know if and/or when maintenance is happening next week? This is still an issue.
