Arcanist Tentacular Dread

This is the off meta morph - flail is used more for the most part. I noticed that dread is a wonky skill. The dread misses the target even when they are in front of me. This is pvp atmosphere. This consumes the crux I have built. If the skill misses, it should refund the crux like chains for DK. Also the 0.3 cast time is strange and makes the skill seem un-weildy. Often the skill miss-fires or seems to miss when the target is on the reticle. Please look into this

✭Flail morph has the same cast time that Tentacular dread does, that's a feature of the base skill so I'm not sure why that's something wrong against this morph specificallySolo PvP'er PS5 NA player
