We should be able to sell event tickets back to Event Impresario.

There's been a few times over the years where I bought something from the Impresario with event tickets only to find I didn't need it for some reason or another. It would be nice to be able to refund those during the same event. After all we can refund everything we sell to normal NPC's why not event merchants?
