High Flier (vetLC) achievement not unlocking

I've completed the requirements for this achievement multiple times now, but it has still to unlock.

It says travel from the bottom of the sunken ruins to the top without leaving ghost light form and without using a sigil, which I have done cleanly many times now. And now that they're about to install a portal to the top, my opportunities to complete will be diminished.

Can someone at Zos tell me if they're aware of this bug, or if they need to see some clips.
It's very frustrating.

    Have you moved over the sigil even if you haven't landed on it or synergised with it? I think that still counts as restoring stamina

    It does. I’ve gotten the achievement before.

    I've heard that. To be safe I have got to the top purely by keeping in the middle, with no luck.
    I'd also argue to Zos that simply overlapping any of the platforms vertically, despite being far above them, is not a condition of the achievement. It's worded specifically.
    Not sure why you'd put such a convoluted achievement in the game if the game itself doesn't recognise the conditions, y'know.

    The achieve doesnt unlock if you barely make the end platform, you need to be a few meters above it at the end. This is the main reason people dont get the achieve. The portal doesnt change anything, cause you can still do it either during the run or in a completed instance.

    Fwiw first run in lucent citadel after patch the achievement popped. Didn't do anything different. So I guess whatever was wrong was fixed. Nice.
