I missed them this year, and really don't want to wait another year to purchase the misanthropic lycanthrope hair style. Any idea when these will return? Why can't we get an anual list of all the crown showcases?

you will likely have to wait at least a year.

nobody besides zos knows when they return so all we can do is look at the crown store showcases at the beginning of each new month.
