Elfbetta NPC Missing From Southern Camp in Ayleid Altercations Quest
Hello,
I was trying to complete the quest Ayleid Altercations in West Weald. Everything went smoothly, until the section of the quest telling me to "Talk to Elfbetta the Shy at her Southern Camp." I did som but Elfbetta wasn't present. Nothing I have tried has worked so far, including the steps listed in the "What can I do if my quest item or NPC does not spawn at the location shown by the quest pin?" guide. I also know a few others who have had the same experience. Below is a screenshot which shows where the NPC should be, along with the quest marker showing Elfbetta should be there.

Hi! Yes I already tried everything in this list. Nothing worked. She is still missing.0 -

Read it elsewhere, tried it and confirmed it works. Abandoned the quest while standing in the Southern Camp and Elfbetta appears. Picked up the quest again from her in this location. Completed the quest and when I returned, she was waiting.1 -

This quest is still bugged. STILL. y'all already know what the problem is. A player gave you the solution on 20 aug. Having to abandon a quest and do it ALL over again isn't a solution, and it isn't fun to do. And the last time i submitted problems with a quest, i was told to just abandon it. that's help?1 -

I'm interested to know how an add-on can stop an npc from appearing in the game.1
