Its time you do and you can make money too
Making a game fun should be a priority. Making a game balanced should not come at the expense of fun.

they likely never will, the game engine doesnt support the physics for it
there is 1 costume that has sort of a cape on it, but the way ive seen it described is the cape is basically glued to your legs

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

I agree there should be capes in the game. The game already has animated tails for kahjiits, so adding capes in the game is possible.
