Why was handpan emote blocked?

After the last update when I try to use the "handpan" emote it tells me that the emote is blocked.
Why? I want my refund back

Oh, I seem to have the same problem, but with a different emote. I realized yesterday evening that that message showed up in the upper right corner, but I thought it was a problem with my (not yet updated) add-on, not with the emote itself (I have an add-on that randomly plays emotes from a list when the player character is idle). I'll have to check later which emote it is.

I've just tried '/handpan' and it works just fine for me.

as @Syldras suggests it could be an addon issue.

I didn't have any time to check yesterday which emote it is in my case and whether it works when I type it myself (or with mod disabled), but the mod I use is this one:

Is it possible it's a conflict with a polymorph or costume for some coding reason?

weird, I'll try to use it again in the evening when I get home. I don't use many add-ons, but translation is what I usually have active all the time. It might cause a conflict. I'll try this too. Thanks for giving me hope

In my case: No polymorph, no costume, no outfit changes for months, problem began with the last update.

@Syldras If removing add-ons does not resolve the issue, I would recommend submitting a ticket to Support here for further assistance.

Thanks for the info. As soon as I have more time, I will do some testing. In case it's not caused by the mod, I'll go through all emotes from my menu so see which one(s) don't work and provide you with a list.

I noticed that emotes that I put on the first quickwheel were not working a while back but if I went to the Social menu option they worked. Could that be what is happening here?

I can't say which emotes do not function through my mod (the emote list is just too long and they trigger in a random order, so I can't just go through them all for a test), but at least I tested the whole list once by typing them into the chat box by hand - and that way, they all work.

After today's update I tried to relaunch the command in chat /handpan and now it works. I don't know if it depends on today's update because in these last days I haven't had the chance to enter the game and try
