various infinite archive bugs

after spending almost 2 solid days in the archive i noticed some bugs with new visions, as well as some existing bugs that have not been fixed yet
  • companions still have problems aggroing to marauders, ive lost several threads today because my tank companion basically couldnt target the marauder (this is an existing bug thats been around for 6+ months, seems to be most egregious with gothmau, as some of the other marauders work fine) (NOTE: this does not seem to be consistent between companions, isobel consistently is broken but azander seems to work fine)
  • one of the new visions, storm projection, only seems to work until the next cycle boss or tho'at, after that it will cease to function until you select it again as another vision pick (NOTE: this is not bugged for companions, theirs still works correctly past bosses)
  • some other archive abilities seemed to also lose function, such as the move speed from tentacular motiviation (not sure what was causing this but it was noticeable)
  • the apocryphal emissary summon will create a 2nd copy of itself if you use the doorway back to the main archive area then go back into the archive wing (turns out it summoned an extra due to my companion showing up, so no issue here)
  • iron atro avatar synergy ability prevents you from blocking until the ignite aura goes away or you dodge roll (existed basically since archive launched)
  • in the new arenas the filers dialogs are sometimes cutting each other off (reported by cyclonus11)
  • the steed mundus buff can sometimes be lost after completing a bonus portal (reported by ESO_player123)
  • (unknown if bug) racial and class passives can still trigger while transformed for a bonus portal (goat or watcher bonus portals)

those were the major bugs i was noticing on my archive runs between monday and tuesday (i did an avg of 5 runs per day to at least arc 3-4)

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

    Can confirm, everything you said is in fact happening.
    Storm Projection is currently a dead vision.

    Had a strange one today - I finished a trash round and collected my verse, so I definitely did finish and had killed everything.

    I had to afk for a few minutes before moving to the next round and when I came back, a single enemy (just a trash one - a dremora something or other) had spawned and was attacking me.

    funny enough, after enough testing the companions version of storm projection seems to not be bugged, they still get the chain lightning past bosses lol

    One thing I've noticed in the new arenas: When you complete a stage, sometimes one of the Filers will start talking, then get interrupted by the other (the one who hops in at the start vs. the merchant one who enters at the end).

    I hate to repost this, but the Steed mundus stone is still always lost after the Goat side portal (and occasionally after other side portals too). I have to port out IA and port in again each time this happens.

    Gothmau always breaks with companions, it's like they are scared to walk to him (understandably). Azandar probably works for you if you use Scathing Rune since it's a ranged taunt. The only other option is the Savage Instinct (Companion's Inner Beast) that works but the cooldown sucks so I have to kite him a bit before they get it off.

    Every companion can taunt every other marauder just fine though for me.

    it definitely wasnt always like that though, they aggro'd properly when archive released (though at the time the companions would still get nuked by him), and it worked for a time after they fixed how much dmg the companions and pets took, i think it was with the dungeon dlc that their aggro with him got broken

    i dont think its purely ranged vs melee taunt, because ive also tested isobel with an ice staff using the first skill in that to taunt, and her aggro was still messed up, so im curious if its a per-companion thing at this point (i only have isobel and azander set up for tanking right now, i havent tested others)

    Bastian is also not good for tanking Gothmau. He is fine for all other Marauders though.

    Hi All, thanks for this list. We have passed this along to the team. We do know some of these were noted before in another thread, which was also shared with the team. We will be addressing these. For now, know that the issue with Storm Projection has a fix will will be issued out in the next incremental. Just saw the patch note come through for it.

    On a stage with wooden plank platforms that looks like Cipher Midden village, there is one specific spot where you can Stampede through floor when jumping to an enemy. The only way out is by relogging.

    last night i had my first experience with the ww behemoth skill bug, from what it seems it looks like this is caused by bonus portals

    i was running solo and got a bonus portal while under ww behemoth effect, the bonus portal was the switch one which i skip running solo, but i noticed i still had the WW behemoth skills on the bar still while in the bonus portal (when normally it removes all the skills)

    after i ported out i had the WW behemoth skills on me before i re-transformed, and it was after i transformed back to the WW behemoth that all the skills went away and i couldnt light or heavy attack (i could still bash, dodge roll, and block)
