New "Mount" Ideas (x2)

"Werewolf" mount - possibly usable only as a werewolf. Transform into a werewolf, features of mounted status only, not actually werewolf transform or effects.

"Mist" mount - possibly only usable as a Vampire, particularly a stage 4. Turn into mist. Still retain a player hitbox and while highlighted by a player they see the white highlight on the player hitbox. Features like a mount. Mount stamina, dismount stun, etc. Like a perpetual mist form that can be dismount stunned and uses mount speed and stamina and cannot fight without dismounting. Because mount features. NOT invisible. Possibly hard to see, but healthbar is plainly visible, if the player has it active, and hitbox/highlight is retained.
  • Mist form, but as a mount
  • Mount speed, mount stamina
  • can be targeted, health bar and highlight still show
  • Body might be roughly invisible because is mist, but hitbox, health, and highlight still show, effectively Not invisible.
  • NPCs treat you as Not invisible, as if mounted on a horse
  • It's just cosmetic
  • mounting and dismounting animations may be different, but same timers, and you still get stunned if dismounted by combat
  • Detection same as mounted, because it is mount status. People can tell it's mount and not mist form because it's perpetual, not 1s-1/2s duration dash. That and you're fast as a mount.
  • Any ability casts or combat attempts that would dismount you, dismount you and end the cosmetic effect.

These are based off the curses, but are functionally the same as a basic mount, just visually the curse.

I still want an infernium mount; and some type of hover bubble travel would be nice too. There are tons of visual cosmetics they could make for both.

i just thought of something, maybe instead of a mist form as mount, you can transform in a bats swarm, to avoid confusion !

Why mist? we can already turn into mist, have them turn into a swarm of bats instead.

Here are some mount ideas for Zos to consider:

    1. A stickhorse that actually is usable (i.e., you can travel at normal mount speeds while using it).

    2. Just as we have superheavy class mounts, we should have micro mounts for the sake of the lols. Scamps, Soul Shriven, and similar mounts should be summonable from Oblivion, and we should be able to climb on their shoulders, and their tiny legs should carry us as fast as normal mounts. Extra points if their legs become a blurry whirlwind.

    3. Mammoths.

    4. A dual-rider camel with TWO humps.

    5. A donkey.
  • JaxontheUnfortunate
As a ww main I would prefer to be able to move in form at the same speed as mounts when not in combat especially in cyro when running in a group with non ww. :) obviously when in combat normal movement speed would apply.

And, as a bonus, Werewolf players get to use this Werewolf Mount to be able to gain mount speed and stamina effects without having to de-transform. Likewise, take too much damage while "mounted" and you get stunned. Activate combat skills and lose mounted status, slowing to normal speed and losing mount stamina.
    Etc.

First off I love the idea of curse based mounts and those definitely should be implemented.

As for other idea. We should get wamasu and enchatere mounts. The fact that these two don't already exist feels like an oversight to me.

    Favorite Foods and Potions
    https://media.giphy.com/media/3otPoTggaYFNd1FdAI/giphy.gif
    • Parse Food for PvE:(DPS) Ghastly Eye Bowl (increases Max Magicka by 4592 and Magicka Recovery by 459 for 2 hours).
    • Gold/Purple Food for Sorc PvP and Meme Tanking:(PvP) Clockwork Citrus Filet (increases Max Health by 3326, Health Recovery by 406 [useful if stage 1 vampire], Max Magicka by 3080, and Magicka Recovery by 338 for 2 hours). Witchmother's Potent Brew (Increase Max Magicka by 2856, Max Health by 3094, and Magicka Recovery by 315 for 2 hours.
    • Trash Potions when feeling cheap: Regular CP150 Essence of Magicka pots that I obtain frequently from playing the game or Crown Tri-Restoration Potion obtained from dailies.
    • Crafted Potions: Essence of Spell Critical (Bugloss, Lady's Smock, and Water Hyacinth). Without magelight this is my primary means of obtaining Major Prophecy on my Sorc, which increases my Spell Critical Rating. This also heals and restores magicka. Essence of Immovability (Columbine, Corn Flower, and Wormwood). I use this in PvP, since this gives me stealth detection, knockback immunity, and restores magicka (better to use it when competent allies are nearby, since it might reveal that you are surrounded by multiple players in stealth and you will not have an emergency pot available after use). Essence of Invisibility with only 2 ingredients (Blue Entoloma, Namira's Rot, Nirnroot, or Spider Egg). I use this in PvE content that requires stealth and if I need more speed I'll use Rapid Maneuver before using the potion. Essence of Invisibility with 3 ingredients (Blessed Thistle, Blue Entoloma, and Namira's Rot). Very useful in PvP alongside the vampire Dark Stalker passive, since you'll be invisible, ignore movement speed penalty while in Crouch, and you'll have a 30% movement speed boost from Major Expedition (I always have this slotted when riding from point A to B in PvP land, since gankers are always lurking). My templar will mostly use Essence of Health (Tri-Stat Potion) Ingredients: (Mountain Flower, Columbine, and Bugloss).

    I would like class mounts.
DK - A venomous horse that leaves green hoofprints.

Sorc - A storm Atronach that carries them on their shoulders.

Templar - A divine Indrik with a holy aura

NB - A red panther that seems to absorb the foliage as it walks.

    You get the idea.

A lot like the worgen racial mount in WOW.
Now it was an bug in some beta with this so the worgen model ran carrying the human avatar under the arm 😸
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.
