pretty sure its just promotional rendering, doesnt mean its slated as something in the game

U44 is not likely going to have anything related to archive except bug fixes likely, as its primary focus is the new pvp thing and the 2 new companions

I feel like we just got IA updates.

Besides, it's not as if they've never just made promo art without a place in game before. We still have Crown Crate goodies with Riverwood from Skyrim in the background. Heck, the hairstyle on the Redguard two news posts ago has still never been released.
