Unlocking other Alliances Harborage and Cyrodiil Wayshrines. [SOLVED]

Hey so, I once made a post to ask a Question if its possible to unlock the other Alliance locked Wayshrines/Harborage, i was told that they didnt know of a way possible, but the thought shot into my head, what if you use Alliance Change Tokens, could you then theoretically unlock them for Map Completion?

my main has all of the harborages unlocked as wayshrines, but thats because my main is over 10 years old and in the early game with vet ranks it was possible to access all of the different harborages as you completed cadwells silver and cadwells goldplays PC/NA

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

Yea, I heard about that, my 1st character is only a little more than 5 1/2 years old and my now main 3years i think, but with than one i want map completion so im looking for a solution, im gonna try it and am gonna post once i have an answer.0 -

It hasn't worked for any of my character. Those wayshrines and harborages, even after completing Cadwell's Gold, are not available.
that technique does not work anymore, at least not for a very long time (probably 7+ years)
i cant answer for the alliance change token method, as ive never used one of those yet lolplays PC/NA
