Like here in western Skyrim end of bard collage quest.

MageCatF4F✭✭✭✭Newton's 3rd law: For every action there is an equal but opposite reaction. Or more simply forces in nature occur in equal but opposite pairs. Rockets and in fact jets operate on the principle. The 2nd law does apply but is unaware of and cares nothing for the beans: a = Fnet/m0
