I've got other ideas, but these two are the ones that could easily fit on both genders and across most races.

It would be cool to have a hairstyle like '60s hippy ladies: long, straight but soft and not too thin, with the forehead covered but in a way that accessories don't clip but lay over the hairs on the forehead, so that you can equip a crown of flowers and still see it fine.
I think you all know what kind of image I'm talking about XD
Out of curiosity, would a "emo era hairstyle" work in TES world?
