There are currently no Colovian structures, because only the q3 and q1 updates after chapters (q2 updates) add structural and master writ furnishing plans.
it's been like this since 2020 with Greymoor.

q4 updates either add more of the same styles from the chapter or a new style.
as update 42 has Colovian and Dawnwood update 44 will likely have a mix of both.
hopefully with desks.
it's possible we might get new Ayleid furnishings as well as there's been lots of new Ayleid assets in West Weald.


last year Necrom/u38 had Necrom/Telvanni and a few Apocrypha furnishings and update 40 had mostly Apocrypha furnishings.
though also some new Druidic furnishings for the housing editor.

and update 43 has Colovian walls, floors, and stairs.
update 45 could get more Colovian structures, but i imagine it will also have Dawnwood structures just as update 41 had Apocrypha structures.

So indeed, there is a real anomaly...

The structural furniture always appears the Update following the launch of the extension. However, I have no memories of adding furniture the rest of the year, if someone can enlighten me?

In fact, there are a lot of carpets missing, curtains, empty shelves... Personally, I don't understand the lack of a single office model... Whether it's the noble type or the simple type in green.

You might want to check out the Dawnwood furnishings too, I'm finding some of them fit quite nicely at my current Vineyard build, although it's not at Merrivine.

In particular you mentioned lamps, there is the Dawnwood Lantern Antlers that is a lot smaller and fit's nicely on tables. 🙂

Removing the grape vines was the first thing I did on the property too. I relocated them to Hunters Glade instead.



This created a wonderful free area for me to build another house in the middle of Merrivine Estate.
