Scribing major buff durations

The new major buff durations on the scribed skills completely guts any of their usage for PVE. Why would you ever apply a major buff on an ability that has a long channel time?

    Yes id agree 10 second buffs on skills that are not spammables is horrible design and more so on skills with cast times

    Yup
    Called them out on this at the start of the cycle and crickets. Absolute silence. Unreal.
    It's dumb in PvP to have 10 second timers for those buffs as well.
