• Xbox: NA and EU megaservers for patch maintenance – September 16, 6:00AM EDT (10:00 UTC) - 12:00PM EDT (16:00 UTC)
• PlayStation®: NA and EU megaservers for patch maintenance – September 16, 6:00AM EDT (10:00 UTC) - 12:00PM EDT (16:00 UTC)
We will be performing maintenance for patch 11.2.0 on the PTS on Monday at 8:00AM EDT (12:00 UTC).

Why did a PTS update result in a need to reinstall the PTS files?

I opened PTS today and got the update routine. At the end, the Launcher showed "Install" instead of "Play." All of the PTS files are still in their proper folders on the hard drive, but apparently the Launcher doesn't recognize them. Since the Launcher thinks the game files are not installed, there is no option to "Repair." Is there any way to recover from this situation? Or am I now forced to "Reinstall"?

    I don't have an answer for you but I will say that I've had nothing but issues after they updated the client.

    That was definitely a case of "If it isn't broken, don't fix it."
