(PTS) BUG - Frenzied momentum set is not functioning as tooltip states

Frenzied momentum set -
2 items - While Momentum is active, casting Stamina abilities while in combat generates a stack of Frenzied Momentum for 20 seconds, increasing....

This is wrong, it doesnt work - when Momentum is active before you engage the combat, stacks dont apply after you go into combat.

You need to reapply Momentum AFTER you join combat for stacks to start applying. If you engage into combat with Momentum ALREADY ACTIVE, the stacks dont apply.

You need to reapply Momentum AFTER engaging new target in combat, otherwise stacks dont apply.

When you are in combat, and you apply Momentum, stacks apply. When leaving combat, and Mometum is STILL active, or being reapplied, engaging in new combat stacks dont apply. Momentum needs to be reapplied for stacks to start applying.

This is not what tooltip states, respectively.

    i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

    They know the tooltip isn’t accurate. It’s been reported many times. Unfortunately this is the case with many tooltips.

    They do not want prebuffing out of combat, and the current function of Frenzied Momentum is consistent with that.

    “Frenzied Momentum and Spectral Cloak: These sets will now only apply their effects if you cast their respective ability requirements while in combat.”

    Frenzied Momentum requires both Momentum and the stamina-costing abilities to be cast during combat, consistent with that patch note.

    It’s unfortunate that the tooltip is not accurate, but it’s the tooltip that’s bugged as it does not accord with their intention.
