Nobility in Decay issue with Corpse Consumption

When you make yourself a corpse using the Nobility in Decay set and consume it using one of your corpse consuming ability the passive 'Corpse Consumption' is not triggered, deprieving you of the 10 ultimate despite fufilling the requirement
