11 Days still no response for gifting?

hello i sent a request on the 16th for a request to start gifting. i only want to gift to a friend who has started playing the game recently but i do not want to buy crowns without knowing if i can gift or not. i have been waiting 11 days with nothing decline or accept just blanked. when i send the email is said 7-10 days.

based on some of the recent behavior going on, i'm wondering if there's a lot of botting/rmt going on with crowns, Lots of really sus 1:1500 crown traders who sell fast and gift first, they might be trying to solve an issue regarding that.

Its been 18 days for me too.

The tempers on the market are deflating in price quickly which may show there is a lack of gold, its probably a leading indicator for crown value. The lack of gold could be because of higher regulation.

1 month later still waiting.....i sent another ticket and that got closed due to duplicated ticket. they can see duped tickets and not answer still? my friend has stopped playing the game now so i dont even need the gifting now....

Posting back here when your ticket gets resolved would be helpful for us in the community, to know roughly how long we are to wait. You can tell from the ticket number when it was lodged. I will post when mine and my families tickets are resolved by the ESO gifting team.

At the time of this posting (07/14), I have been waiting:

19 days > 240626-007263
21 days > 240614-001263

I also have this issue. Waited over a month for a response only to just be denied with a canned response.

I even bought some crowns beforehand so I would have enough to gift the complete item to my wife's account - The furnished version of The Fair Winds.

Fair to say that thing has been off the store for 2 weeks now and I'll be asking for a refund for the crown pack if they keep denying.

Ticket 240626-007263 was just completed today on 17 July, at 23 days to complete.
Ticket 240614-001263 is still outstanding, but I expect it will complete in the next two-three days.

Thank to everyone providing feedback, its easier to wait when you have evidence that jobs are being completed, albeit slower than expected

Correction to my last post, Ticket 240614-001263 was completed (approved) on 17 July at 23 days to complete.

Ticket 240614-001263 was denied today because of a lack of activity, which is absurd since I use it mostly for trading, a fun activity that gives me a sense of achievement. I am currently disputing the decision. It has taken 36 days to get the first response, and I am patiently waiting for success (hopefully).

Ticket 240627-001596: My wife's ticket was denied at 23 days outstanding, even though she played through the Gold Road event, regularly does housing (her passion), and participates in guild activities. I don't know what threshold they are measuring against, but it frustrates her when she just wants to buy some nice presents for her daughter and me occasionally. She is also disputing the decision.

Side note: It feels a bit like someone is trying to clear the queue using the old 'March 31st' method. XD

It took them a month to get to my request. It was denied due to lack of account activity.

Please, I play daily and have 10 toons and am CO-GM of a guild. I help new players with grinding gear over and over again on repeat.

So I'm appealing their decision as well.
