Hey ZOS, thanks for listening about undeath passive. I know these requests are covered in other threads, but I’m posting as well for the Q4 PvP update.
1. Hardened Ward - love sorc getting a burst heal but needs some successive cost increase. Maybe not 33% but something. A13k shield plus a burst heal in one global is too strong to be spammed.
2. Block needs battle spirit. Reduce block effectiveness by 50% in PvP.
3. Make HoTs unique in Battle Spirit. Groups will still be able to stack heals, just not the same heal. Just like trial groups have to chase unique buffs, make ball groups chase unique heals. Scribing offers so many new heals that this will still allow multiple players of the same class, but require a different aoe heal for stacking.
4. Nerf Rallying Cry. It’s strongest on builds that crit heal a lot…which allows building into damage and being much more tanky at the same time. After mitigation was made multiplicative, Rallying Cry is one of the few defensive sets that has no reduced effectiveness…plus it gets 300 WD. It’s just too strong compared to most sets.
5. Change charm to a stun. It’s identical to the old fear. In lag, it can be almost unbreakable. Very broken/buggy.
6. Rework swallow soul’s heal. It’s a HoT on a spammable. The spammable is lower damage than many other class ranged spammable and the HoT rately gets full benefit. Ranged magblade should be attractive because it invites a non-gank style of play where skill shines.
