Is there any way to re-enter Cipher's Hall (to get the book there)?

I'm trying to finish everything on the map in Apocrypha, and there's a readable I missed in Cipher's Hall. You can't re-enter the building, so I'm wondering how I'm supposed to read it and get "credit" for it in Eidetic Memory. Books trapped in non-re-enterable locations always seem to have a secondary location to be read afterward, but this book is tied to your name for finishing the quest line in this zone, so it feels like it *should* be trapped behind an instanced location. UESP doesn't have anything helpful here. Anyone have any thoughts?

there isn't any way sadly.

i really hope it gets opened again, it's so annoying when quest locations are closed after their quests.

You have to be in a group with a person who has the quest. That way u can enter too. My friend missed this book too and he got it when another friend was doing this quest. I dont think there is another way.

sometimes it takes them awhile to add additional lorebooks for ones that are in locations that can become locked, i think there was a long-running bug thread about eidetic memory books that are in locations that are not obtainable after completion of an activity type thing

As of the latest update, you can now re-enter Cipher's hall post-quest, so you are able to grab that book for your eidetic memory. :-) You can do this by the door below the Cipher's Midden wayshrine. :-)
