Guild Medieval is still recruiting!

Founded in 2001, Guild Medieval is one of the oldest, most active multi-game guilds in the world. Known for providing a drama free and family-oriented gaming atmosphere, we are looking for like-minded individuals to join our people-focused community. Whether you are tired of frustrating PUGs, grinding away solo, or looking for your "Forever ESO Home", if you are a mature, friendly, and courteous player, we'd like to see you in our guild.

We have no play requirements, and tout a healthy mix of both experienced and new players. While some of our players are still exploring and learning the game, our more seasoned adventurers can help you find your feet, too. Like you, our members have families, jobs, and other real life things to deal with, and so we are very patient and emphasize that real life comes first.

As can be expected, this leads Guild Medieval to have a "play what and how you want" mentality. A community as large as ours has room for many different playstyles. Whether you prefer to focus on running raids, trading, clearing zones or delves or public dungeons, or just running around the country side, you will probably find people with the same playstyle as your own.
With a dedicated ESO Discord server, and a Guild Medieval Discord server, Guilds on NA and EU server, and forums for both game and personal support, Guild Medieval provides multiple avenues to help you plan your gaming experience.

But we also adhere to a code of conduct that has served us very well. In brief:

- No swearing, and no crude or offensive language is allowed.
- Treat everyone with respect.
- Maintain a mature attitude at all times.
- Our strength lies through our community, and as such some use of our forums is required.

"Realm" is "ESO", and choose "n/a" for "Recruited by" so I know you learned about us from this posting. If accepted, you should receive an e-mail back in about a day with further instructions. Twenty years ago this Saturday in 2001, Guild Medieval became "a thing".

Wow! 20 years this little corner of the internet has served as an online clubhouse for people all over the globe. A place for like minded gamers to come together and break virtual bread and plan their attacks or just cavort with comrades. All it took was a group of players who had a simple concept that their gaming guild should not come with the drama that seemed to be attached to so many of the other guilds that they had all seen or been a part of.

So in twenty years as a guild this place has seen as major realms these games:

Diablo II, III (and IV if they stop dangling the carrot)
World of Warcraft
Starcraft
Everquest ??
Guildwars / GW2
Dungeons & Dragons Online (Home of the Silver Legion)
Neverwiner Online
Star Wars the Old Republic

Some games are still here, and many games have faded away.

But Guild Medieval is here to stay.
The games listed are why this guild started and continues to exist but the players who play those games, and for the right reason found the lantern that lights our front door, are why it continues to exist. It's on all of us to show like minded people the way to our door and to foster the idea of the player behind the keyboard. Everyone can't possibly love everyone else. Drama will happen. People will disagree. The equality and balance of our handling of it, the civility with which we deal with it, and the recovery from it is what should set us apart and keep us together.

Many new event started in the Guild, we have a PvP night, a Dungeon run on Mondays. In Trial, we have a grog group on Friday's and a learning trial on Sunday's. We also have a learning dungeon event on Tuesday's for the newer people.
