WoF:When you deal damage with a weapon, you deal an additional 571 Flame damage. This effect can occur once every 2 seconds and scales off the higher of your Weapon or Spell Damage.
Is a shield consider a weapon with you bash?
Would a bash proc it?

I am pairing DD and WoF already. Just not sure if when I bash (and power bash) do I get the flame damage!

Navaac223✭✭✭Power bash activates it, there's no doubt about that.
I'll try to check if bashing with WoF works (one of my characters is a filthy stamsorc with a proc build)0
