Staxuira in Gorne Public Dungeon heal mechanic?

Hi. I'm on a tank and trying to fight Staxuira in the Gorne public dungeon. It has a heal mechanic that I cannot figure out how to counter. I don't have the dps on this tank to just burn it. Tried many strategies and cannot overcome the heal. Interrupts, killing the twilights he spawns, going to the portals, nothing works. I've searched online and the guides to this dungeon don't even mention the mechanic, while posts asking about this mechanic have received no answer. The grievous twilight generically doesn't have a heal mechanic. Does anyone know how to stop it healing? The fight become eternal otherwise.

    i dont recall that heal being too much of an issue, even when i first did the dungeon on my main (which is a "high dps" tank setup)

    on that character i run about 8-10k dps, with a dps companion and was able to kill that boss

    i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

    It is an issue. It heals constantly and I can find no way to prevent it or counter it. Since it's a public dungeon, it's pure chance whether there are any other players in there at the time to assist. Does anyone know if there is a way to stop the heal mechanic?
