Group Battleground queue under 50 broken

There is something wrong with the queue for leveling Battlegrounds. Constantly stuck in queues for nearly an hour at some times, never working. Then we drop out, switch lead around, and then instant queue for a few matches, then back to broken again till we disband and try again. Going into solo queue...its near instant...every time. At level 50 the same thing. Just group under 50 is broken.

Still have broken queues as a group trying to do under level 50 Battlegrounds.

Noticing it with Dungeon queues as well while leveling with someone else. We cant figure it out why when we group we cant do any queue group stuff

Now we are both 50...and its still broken. What is going on? Why cant we do group content together and are being forced to trying to queue solo at the same time....which by the way...works 100% of the time and its very quick to get us into the same battleground...but we are constantly competing, never on the same team.

This problem has been going on the entire time we have leveled. which is way too long doing it this way...whats going on?!
