Watched the video. You have 2 offensive abilities, and only one of them benefits from all the pen you have on this build, while the other doesnt need it.
You could 1to1 swap oaken to torc of the ayleid king and immediately do more damage and have twice the healing.

You're right, OP doesn't run enough penetration, they should have at least 25k to call it that.

While I've been critical of the Arc laser on these forums, it's probably the best tank breaker right now.

Wonder what this "Penetrator" build would do to a regular player running 25k or 30k resistances.

I don't think a target like that would be able to handle this amount of penetration power (stat).

I have 45k health and 35K plus resists on a Warden. I haven't seen a templar blast me down. The most I'm ever hit is with oils and sometimes a meatbag. Fate Carver is highest hit I've gotten which is 15K.

Maybe, I haven't encountered one. My friend has a similar build but benefits greatly from a healer nearby.
