What is going on with support?
Had a ticket created July 1st for suspended account. July 4th I get a response. July 6 was the response that “should’ve fixed my account” but of course it did not. Waited til July 11th and zos FINALLY realized why I was suspended, so I wasted 10 days. Straight up wasted. Still waiting on an answer… chargebacks been reversed since like the 5th of July so until zos realizes that, Im just wasting time.
Point is - I don’t understand why zos likes to have tickets open for weeks at a time. I get the most half a** responses in tickets anyways then put on the backburner for 4-6 days. Why isn’t there a priority system at least???
