Has anyone collected Aetherial Shards in Cyrodill for the Gryphon quest?

DC marker sends me to Lindai ruin, where I can kill shadow zombies endlessly - no Aetherial Shards ever drop. I never see a named character in this quest circle.
Has this worked for ANYONE?

ZOS - please fix this ASAP! It does no work on EU nor NA...

I couldn't find it at the Lindai ruin either, so I went to one of the other ruins mentioned (Belda I believe) and found it.

    Thanks, Dyn.
Did not make it to Belda, but finally got to Sarvarad Leed and found the shard there.

I think the intent is to make you go to enemy territory to collect the item, otherwise it isn't a challenge.
So we can't see it in our own territory, you have to go to a location that isn't, but they didn't put it to be marked for the other territories just for your own.

I did this quest on an EP character (level 50 but first time in Cyrodiil on this character) and the ONLY quest marker I was shown was in EP territory. The shard quest item was easy to find, above ground — I didn’t even have to go into a delve or anything.

I was expecting to have to retrieve 3 shards for some reason and wandered around for a while looking for the other two locations before noticing that the task was already marked as complete.

As an AD toon, I went into the no-cp campaign, to Alessia, and the map had a marker. Once I was there, it was super easy to grab the shard and move on to the next challenge.
