Shield Throw and Major Breach

Is there a combination that allows a major breach option with the shield throw?
I have major breach for Shocking Soul, but no major breach for Shield throw - I guess because it is defensive?
Or I guess I stick with charge n puncture?
(shield throw is so cool!)
