A month ago... I lost my bank... then lost my bank again.
I contacted support and got the "cutsie" little email about summoning back my items.
Then, it happened again. So again, I contacted support... and again got the "cutsie" email.
Supposedly, this has been fixed... but I have YET to received any items. I have logged 6 different support calls about this issue and have yet to receive a refund for the money I spent on the bank slots or any of the lost items.
So far, I am NOT impressed with customer support.
