Major Savagery and Prophecy Affix bug

When using the Savagery and Prophecy Affix on Traveling Knife, Major Savagery lasts the intended 20s as described, but Major Prophecy only lasts 10s.

Given today's PTS notes, I would not really expect them to raise Prophecy to 20s.
