Healing Burst vs Healing Consistency

So one says target area the other target self. Both target you and your allies. So the Consitancy one that just targets self, the allies are people grouped with you whereas the other one are all allies in the area?

The Consistency one is cheaper to use so I'd like to understand the difference before I use any of my precious ink to try them out.

    I don’t know in this case, but usually target area for a DoT or HoT means that the spell effect stays put when the player moves, whereas target self would move with the player. For an instant effect target area spells would centre around the location you point at, whether that is an enemy, ally, or just a point on the ground.
